Instant Solar Pricing provides an online tool that generates estimated solar energy system pricing based on information you provide, including your location, utility provider, and electricity usage. The Site is operated as an independent platform that connects homeowners with licensed solar installation professionals.
All pricing shown on the Site, including monthly payments, system sizes, energy production estimates, and savings projections, are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Final pricing is subject to change based on:
• Physical site survey and roof conditions
• Final system design and engineering
• Credit approval and financing terms
• Utility rate changes and net metering policies
• Permit requirements and local regulations
Savings estimates are based on projected utility rate increases of approximately 3.9% per year and are not guaranteed. Actual savings will vary based on energy usage, utility rates, weather, and other factors.
Using the pricing calculator or submitting your information does not create a contract or obligation to purchase solar panels or enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). A binding agreement is only created when you sign a formal contract with the installation and financing companies.
By submitting your name, phone number, and email address through our calculator, you expressly consent to receive communications from Instant Solar Pricing and its partners, including phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), and emails regarding your solar quote and related services. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting us at support@instantsolarpricing.com.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Site. We are not responsible for inaccurate pricing estimates resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
The Site uses third-party services including Google Solar API for roof analysis and satellite imagery. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability. Financing terms and agreements are provided by third-party financing companies and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Solar Pricing and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any pricing estimates, savings projections, or other information provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, which is zero for use of the pricing tool.
The Site and all information provided are offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the pricing algorithm, is the property of Instant Solar Pricing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
